Terms of Sale

1. Orders & Payment

All prices are in USD unless another currency is shown for your region. Payment is captured at checkout, including on backordered items. Backorders may be canceled by us prior to dispatch, in which case you are refunded in full.

2. Shipping

Free US ground shipping on orders over $100. Faster services and international destinations are quoted live at checkout and paid by the customer.

3. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. By completing checkout you acknowledge this policy. Please use the size chart and the fit photos on each product page before ordering.

4. Order Editing

Customers may self-edit size or shipping address within 30 minutes of placing an order via Account → Orders.

5. Referrals & Store Credit

Referral splits are final once confirmed. Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and does not expire.

6. Discounts

Referral, bundle, and active seasonal discounts stack together on the same order. Total promotional discounts are limited by a store-wide stacking cap. Store credit is applied after all promotions.

7. Fraud Review

Orders where the billing country, shipping country, and detected location disagree, or which our processor scores as high risk, are held for manual review before production or dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot verify.
